JenJen has been providing great care to our patients as an RDA at the office since 1997. A local Enterprise High School alum, she graduated from the Butte County ROP Dental Assistant Program. With over 30 years of experience, she finds it a privilege to watch our dental families grow and thrive, and is passionate about using new technology to transform smiles. On the weekends, you’re most likely to find her tending to her garden, supporting local businesses, or planning a family BBQ with her husband and two children.

MelanieDental hygienist Melanie has worked with us since 2003 after graduating from Cal Poly SLO and then the Colorado Northwestern Dental Hygiene School. A true North State local, she’s passionate about the outdoors and spends much of her time raising and selling grass-fed natural beef. Whether she’s working the land or tending to her cows, Melanie loves the lifestyle that Northern California provides. Her dedication to quality and care on the ranch translates perfectly to her work with our team.

AmberAmber joined our team as a dental hygienist in 2015 and loves the family-like atmosphere shared by our staff and patients. A Redding local, she enjoys the fact that her teammates are people she truly enjoys spending time with outside of work. Amber stays active in our beautiful community by working out and heading to the lake whenever possible. On the weekends, you’ll find her relaxing poolside and enjoying quality time with her family.

SummerSummer has been a vital part of our team since 2017, treating our patients as a dental hygienist. She’s passionate about building trusting, long-term relationships with her patients and boosting their confidence through better oral health. Outside of the office, Summer enjoys weekends on the river in Trinity County with her husband and three children, working on their family yurt, or making improvements on their six acres in Hayfork.

ShellyYou may know Shelly as the woman who always remembers your name and performs magic to make sure your appointment is scheduled exactly when you need it to be. She joined the office staff as our patient coordinator in 1993 and has been with us ever since. A Redding native, Shelly graduated from Shasta High School and her love of being near the mountains, lakes and oceans has helped keep her in the area ever since. When not working hard to make your appointments convenient, she loves to hike and camp with her family.

MichaelaMichaela joined the staff in 2018 as our financial coordinator. She takes great pride in helping patients navigate the complexities of dental insurance and find financial options that make their dream smiles affordable. She loves being part of a fun team that transforms lives, but is also known for giving the doctors a hard time on a daily basis! Michaela and her husband are avid campers and love heading out on adventures with their son in their travel trailer.

LacindaLacinda is an RDA who earned her Associate’s degree from the College of the Redwoods. She is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they sit in her chair. For Lacinda, the best part of the job is working with a well-educated team that values professionalism and patient smiles. Her ideal weekend is a family day spent skiing or snowboarding at Mt. Shasta or cheering on her three boys at their baseball and football games.

DanaDana joined our team as an RDA in 2022. She loves helping patients who may feel fearful of the dentist have a comfortable, positive visit that changes their opinion about dental treatment. A Shasta County native, Dana has been married to her husband, Mike, for 15 years. They love spending time with their friends, family, and pets, and taking their son and daughter out camping or kayaking on Whiskeytown Lake.

AlyssaAlyssa joined us as a dental hygienist in 2021 after graduating from the Shasta College Dental Hygiene program. She is passionate about patient education and strives to make every dental visit a positive, enjoyable experience. Alyssa is married to her high school sweetheart and together they stay busy with their three young children and two dogs, Skye and Gunner. You can usually find them out on the lake or enjoying a family bike ride and BBQ.

TammyAn RDA who joined us in 2025, Tammy enjoys the wide variety of procedures offered at our office and is always eager to stay at the forefront of the field through continuing education courses. She loves the way our staff treats one another like family, a feeling that extends to every patient she meets. Tammy’s perfect weekend involves exploring Northern California’s natural wonders, especially boating or hiking to local waterfalls.

MariahMariah joined the team in 2025 as our scheduling coordinator after graduating from USF with a degree in Business Administration and Communications. She loves the "professionally playful" environment at our office, which she says helps the team provide the very best care to our patients. Mariah’s personal motto is "saying yes to life," which usually leads her on nature adventures or trips to experience something new—after starting the day with a morning latte, of course!

TalynTalyn is a registered dental assistant who joined our practice in 2025. A graduate of West Valley High School and Shasta College, she is proud to serve the community she grew up in. Talyn loves being part of a team that works together seamlessly to help patients feel more confident in their smiles. When she’s off the clock, she enjoys making memories with her husband and two children, usually by heading outdoors to enjoy the California sunshine.

CaitlinCaitlin is a dedicated dental hygienist with a deep-rooted passion for dentistry, inspired by her family’s legacy in the field. Following in the footsteps of both her parents, her father, a dentist, and her mother, a dental hygienist. Caitlin pursued her education at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients. Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with her family and her husband, Bryce.
